It breaks my heart πŸ’” that I cannot carry my son

Yesterday, I woke up with a painful back, which I am certain it's due to my long working hours over the last four weeks. I should have taken better care of my posture and utilised the standing desk. In the pursuit of finalising important work matters, I neglected by health and now, I am in significant pain when I carry my son and extremely sad when I am not.

This is temporary, but it's also a wake-up call. My health is the utmost important to me. It is the foundation of my life and I knew that, yet I prioritised other matters.

A rookie mistake - prioritising urgent over important.
