These days, I am trying to skip breakfast and basically have tea and coffee until its lunchtime.
The only exception to this is when I am having decent breakfast such as scrambled eggs, shortcut bacon, buttered spinach, avocado 🥑, halloumi, buttered mushrooms, but this is normally once a week. I enjoy making breakfast, but I'd rather not have this daily.
At times, I have porridge with banana, nuts, granola, chia seeds and goji berries. This is probably twice a week, during winter ❄️.
